Hands Down, The Best I've been shopping with newegg for over 3 years now. Newegg is hands down, the absolute best place for your computer shopping needs (and much more now). Its not the best by a small margin, it is BY FAR the best. Great prices, great product selection, great shipping (although I liked Fedex's super saver shipping better than UPS, their tracking system is updated much more often), great customer service (Love the addition of Online Chat), The best website (easily find what you need with their Advanced search engine options). Everything is just great. I've recommended newegg to everyone when the conversation is about computer parts. I actually don't know what I'd do if newegg wasn't here, I definitely would not have the high-end computer system I have, and would not have built many computers for friends without them. I ahve purchased numerous computer components from NewEgg. Service and delivery have always been top rate. On the rare occasion when I had a mobo fail the return process was relatively quick and painless (item was refunded due to no replacement. Thanks NewEgg!!) Newegg rocks! They have great prices, great shipping options, and great customer service. One of the things I like most is that they give you the price you pay, unlike some online companies. They tell you how much you will pay, then give you a subnote with the price after rebate. On the rare occasion I have a problem, they are the quickest Ive ever seen to resolve the problem! Its bad when an online company will help you better and faster than a local retailer. Newegg is my one and only source for Computer equipment, electronics, and just about anything that uses electricity outside of kitchen appliances! Ever since then, I have bought a TV tuner, hard drive, DVD+R DLs, a DVD burner and more. After all of these orders, I am still buying from Newegg because they have the best prices, shipping, and customer service. I recently convinced a friend who hadn't ever purchased from Newegg to order a Qosmio Laptop. He saved about $200 and got it shipped faster than expected. If you don't buy from NewEgg your stupid I've been purchasing computer components from NewEgg for almost 5 years now. I have only had one problem, and that was with shipping (ups problem), and Newegg quickly resolved this for me. I won't buy from any other online retailer.
